The Criminal Justice Process

Being a victim or a witness in a Court case can be a confusing experience when you are unsure of what is happening and what you need to do. The Witness Assistance Service can assist in answering your questions and helping you to know what to expect.

 

A general guide to the process is provided here but each case can differ in some way depending on the nature and complexity of the case. If you follow the links below, these will step through the process of taking a criminal matter through Court.
